Hi, I own a Canon Vixia HF200 and I am making a short documentary for a contest. The video has to be less then 2 minutes and under 100 mb. I am using Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 to edit. What's the best way to render a high quality/hd video without surpassing a 100 mb. I'm no expert so please bear with me, whoever helps me.. Thanks in advance!!

Math says 100mb/120 sec= 8.33333 mb/sec.
Basically Vimeo quality. h.264 video (~8000mb), AAC audio (320kb). You can modify any of the avc presets. (I have a later version so I don't know exactly what's available on yours.)
