oritron player wont work?

okay kids, heres the deal. i moved a week ago and made sure i did not bump or damage my oritron piece of crap dvd player. now when i try to play any dvd or even a cleaning disk it tell me "wrong or bad disk" any clues on what i can do to fix this problem!!!

well ive never messed with a dvd player before, but plenty of cd players first open it up, get yourself some isopropanol(the tape head cleaning stuff)on a cotton bud and gently wipe it over the lazer cap(looks like a small lense)2nd get some light greace find the 2 tracks the laser slides up and down on, and give em a bit, if it dont work then chuck it in the bin.
