  1. I ask that anyone who wants to attempt to help me be VERY PATIENT. I am pulling my hair out so I currently have a short fuse.

I have a raw desktop screen capture using Dxtory 2.0.114 in to a .avi file sized 1.36 TB that's Terabyte. (If you say that the file is too big for the .avi format, STOP I have used larger .avi files than this before and have had NO problems. I have also recovered similar size .avi files before.)

I have tried Dxtory's AVI File Fixer and it stops working at somewhere near the end of the process.
I have tried DivFix++ 0.34 and it gives me seek errors or unable to continue errors.
I have tried VLC's .avi index fix. It does nothing. I have tried to convert the file with VLC it stops writing to the file at 11 KB's.
I have tried VirtualDub 1.10.3 to convert, and it will write to a file and stop at 9 KB's.
I have tried DivXRepair 1.0.1 and it tells me it cannot open the file.

If you have any special instructions on how to use these programs you can clearly describe what I am supposed to do and I will try them.
If you also have another program that you can recommend to me and instructions on how to use them I will also try that too.

As I have said be patient and clear with me I need to fix this file. And it would be nice if there was a product that could scan and video/audio file and fix them automatically.

I have used MediaInfo 0.7.61 to collect the files details in a .txt file attached to this post. If you require more information, I can get it if necessary.

Those fixers are probably rigged to repair common filetypes within the AVI. There's a Dxtory forum @ http://forum.dxtory.com/index.php?language=english
