Is there any video converter that doesn't start conversion process (which runs into many hours) from a scratch after any interruption - PC hanging up or power failure?
I find it very annoying when the Handbrake starts the conversion from scratch.
I hope there is some converter application that remembers where it was during the last run and starts from thereon.
Please let me know if there is one.
Thanks.

Nope.
And this is not any video news. Moving you to our conversion section. -
Thanks, Baldrick, for updating me on that - and sorry about wrong choice of section.
However, such a feature could adorn any conversion-tool with unprecedented power- and time-saving attributes.
