Problems with HARDCORE subs

Hello everybody,

I've been trying since three days to hardcore subs,
First of all before I go into the real problem I'll metion few things that might help you with HELPIG ME
Well... when I try to watch a film with BSPlayer for example, with arabic subs, the sub files srt/ssa/ass does't matter, and the encodig of the sub is ANSII, I see the weird symbols " @!#@$#@", and the same thing happens with any hardore sub program, but when I change the encoding to "Unicode or UTF8", the BSPlayer show subtitles, but "cutten", like when there is one "line" sentence, it cut the HALF!(see the picture), but this problem doesn't happen with VLC or CLassic Media PLayer, even if the encoding ANSII.


NOW TO THE PROBLEM

I've downloaded three versions of the same film(Mp4,AVI,MKV)...
First I tried the MP4+Avi with Avidemux, I add the subtitle then I save the file, then it finish the procces and I dont see the subtitles in the end...
PLUS ! there are always problems with mp4 output files(slow picture etc etc) other than the fact that the subs never seem to merge ! so if anybody can help me with the problems I'd be thankfull! specially how to set the right codecs when editig Mp4 with Avidemux

Second... finally I came across MKVtoolnix.. and it finally merged the subs and the mkv output video was perfectly perfect... but the same problem happened with the subs, that in one "line" senteces, it cut the HALF!



so please ppl, any help would be appreciated !

secondly, you downloaded 3 versions of a movie that doesn't even release for another month.
were not at liberty to help anyone downloading torrents and asking for help.
