  1. This is an unofficial thread for users to report how this software works for them or to ask questions about it. I recently became aware of https://www.videohelp.com/tools/Video-to-Video-Converter
There are a few very positive comments under the tool page.

But there is report of jerky in the panning scenes in the forum https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/351560-Converting-1080-50p-m2ts-to-DVD-Compliant-Mpeg2?p=2205643

There is some information at http://www.videotovideo.org/ a few FAQ's, Help, Screenshots and contact info. But no forum link for more detailed discussions. There is a change log showing a few version updates but NO date listed.
The conversions this software can do (claimed) are extensive. The information about detailed or availability of fine tweaking of conversion appear to be a little limited.

Would like more info about setting the output file size to not exceed a predetermined size.

Comments, questions and answers about this software are welcomed (NOTE I have no connection to the creator of this software nor much knowledge about it at this time).

    Regards, Joey

(off-topic Hope this isn't another software project that once the free users help get most of the bugs out and it's upgraded to a "Top Grade Application" then the author starts charging big $$$$ like some others have done in the past.)

If you can't set the output file size directly in it you set the bitrate instead. Use a bitrate calculator to calculate the average bitrate to use to get the desired output file size.
