hi,
here,s the problem i have i need to copy some svcds to vhs i have a philips standalone dvd player which plays them fine but when i record via scart or phono plugs the recorded picture comes out very green .
i think i,ve narrowed the prob down to the fps as 25 fps records fine 29fps doesn't. when i've converted from ntsc to pal with tpmg i try to burn with nero or easy cd but neither seem to recognize it as proper mpeg.
any help would greatly appreciated.

I'm also trying to convert an NTSC SVCD to PAL, but am having problems. Is there any chance you could post your conversion method so i can try it aswell.
Cheers

This conversion problem is a known issue with TMPGEnc software but will be corrected in the next version. Read the recent article on a meeting with Mr. Hori (TMPGEnc's developer). The 2nd-to-last paragraph mentions the upcoming fix:

I believe this version is actually available now but still waiting on the English translation.
