Bought this unit through www.hsn.com with a $15 coupon. for $80. It is Ac/Dc and works great . It is a little cheaply built, But it plays all my Cdr VCD and SVCD.

I'm going to use it with my kids VHS/TV in the Mini van on our trip next month. Then I can bring it into the room as a dvd player.
