    I found a web site with some old movies for download that are in the public domain. They offer the following three formats: MPEG2, Ogg Video or 512Kb MPEG4.

    Which of these will give me the best picture quality? I intend to convert to VOB for DVD burning.

    Archive.org? Usually the MPEG 2 files are the best there.
