How to improve image on Old VHS tapes

Hello All.

That's my 2nd post. As I posted before, I have a lot of VHS tapes and started to restore and digitalize them

I just cleaned and removed mold from all the tapes and now I starting to capture it to work on it latter.

I just capture the first tape and would like to know your opnion on it. What can I do to improve it ?

Not worth looking at a YouTube upload. They degrade your video even further.

Attach a sample here using Upload files/Manage attachments. Maybe also pick a video that isn't lo-fi to begin with. It's tough to tell what defects could be from your workflow and what are in a source like this.
