Fastest way for permanent subtitles in MKV

hi all ....

i have lg 42l455c LCD TV ... the TV doesn't support the Arabic language , so when i want to play mkv with srt files the subtitle will be showing in weird symbols because the language is not supported in the screen , some people told me to re encode the srt system to Unicode or UTF 8 i did it and the Arabic symbols showed up ! ,but reversed on TV because the TV reads from left to right and arabic typing is from right to left and the LCD TV don't support idx files !!! too bad i know !
so the only way is the embedded subtitles !! and i mean Permanent Subtitles ( that be shown with the movie and like video not
as subtitle track !!!! )

i tried mkv2vob and it made it very great and fast , so is there any program that is faster than mkv2vob ( i mean very fast ) and it allow me to control subtitle font and size and color ...etc . you have very great programs here so is there any one that make the convert very fast ?! if there is please give me the name and please pay Attention that i want the subtitles to be Permanent as a part of the video (the idea is making the subtitle have nothing to do with the language issue , in this way i can watch it on the TV with the subtitle )


or any fast solution for the subtitle issue will do !

So you want burned in /permanent subtitles? Then must you reconvert and it will take time whatever application you use. You wont get any very fast conversion with good quality.

i know that ,but for example in mkv2vob , when converting to mpg ( the fast mod ) i found mkv2vob faster than the other tools and the same quality !!

so why don't you tell me , what is the best ,fast program that burn the subtitle with mkv depending on your experience please ?!

Convert to mpeg1. Very fast bad crappy quality. No but I guess mpeg2 conversion is probably the fastest with decent quality. But I have no idea whats the fastest converter.
