Hi, I did a bit of research & found Small hd dp6 is a good monitor to buy but is there any other monitor which gives good results & could be used with Steadicam. i bought a steadicam pilot & found that monitor came along with it is not good enough, it shows image from which you can't judge anything exactly colours, white balance, sharpness, focus. please suggest what could be the better option to choose.

    thanks

Well I expect the assumption is that you are using the DSLR for video work. And that other thread too.

Noone would use a monitor for still work. Everything is done from the viewfinder or the live-view screen if you have one.

    Hi,

Yes i use Canon 5d mark II for shooting weddings & you can check our work via this link

i have done quite a few wedding videos in Sydney but recently bought a new Steadicam & monitor is not very good so i was thinking of getting something better quality. i checked few reviews and found Dp6 is good option. looking onscreen is not very hard but sometimes its not easy to judge wether we are getting everything correct( exposure, focus, white balance etc.)
