  1. Deinterlace needed to make dvd ? i think is not actually opposite. I get results without it but there is vertical stripes. what i think is somelevel related this. I hope vertical is correct word i sometimes mean with horizontal with it. but i bet you know thing what i talk.

    I think we could help better if you uploaded some short footage clips (original capture & just prior to authoring/burning).

    What kind of DVD? PAL? NTSC? It is not unusual for DVD to be interlaced. But you have not provided enough information. Cornucopia is correct, you should submit a short sample of the footage so that we can know what the problem might be. If you don't know how to do this, you can ask.
