Streaming from the UAE

Hi Guys, wondering if anyone can help.

I am trying to setup a stream from http://www.admcsport.com/ar/ to watch the Football when it starts next week and have a couple of questions.

First off, using a free proxy, I was able to bypass the fact I am not in the UAE, and sign up for the service
[Ive signed up, as they show EVERY english football match, unlike sky]

Now - I used a free proxy from within the UAE, but they are no good for the actual streaming side of things - In fact, the free proxy's just wont stream.

Ive got myself a massive TV in the hope I can get this to work, and I dont want to pay hundreds for a pre-configured box.

I know this can be done, there are comanies in the UK doing this.

I am proficient in networking and IT so use as many acronyms as you like.

Where can I buy or rent a proxy with enough bandwidth to stream from the UAE, or even use a VPN?

There are plenty of free ones, but I cant find any decent pay for ones.

Giganews offers a proxy service with servers located in various parts of the world and there are no limits on what you can send through it. However, do note that they do NOT offer a proxy in the UAE (this may or may not be an issue for you - it is unclear to me) and I do need to warn you that sending stuff through their proxy is slower than getting it directly. You may not like the bandwidth you get, but they're the only option I know of. Maybe others in the UK have a better suggestion.

To be honest, I need either:
A high bandwidth proxy from within the UAE
or
a VPN solution to provide me with a UAE IP address also.

Ive searched over and over the internet, and keep getting no where.

Plenty of proxies and VPN's for just about every other country - And it doesnt help that the searches bring back results for getting a VPN to allow UAE residents to access outside sites of the UAE. This is the opposite of what I am after.

Ive got everything setup - its just the Free proxies (of which there are hundreds) just do not provide the bandwidth.

I can stream, got everything setup nicely - but its j-j-j-j-jerky as hell. everyday im buffering

Is the service also available in Egypt? Seems overplay.net offers such a vpn ip.
