Merge the live view mode of camera

Hi all,

I need your help, i want to merger 3 video's(live view only) from 3 different camera's but the result should be one panoramic view on one screen.<O:p></O:p>

Something like the below e.g.<O:p></O:p>

Camera one captures: A - B Camera two captures: B - C Camera three captures: C -D.<O:p></O:p>
<O:p></O:p>
Expected Result: A -B -C - D.<O:p></O:p>
<O:p></O:p>
Is there any readymade product like this in market or how should i make this, would like to let you know im not from a technical background.<O:p></O:p>

I wnat to make a screen which will help get a bigger picture.

To do that live you probably need some profession equipment. Much easier to do after you do the recording by editing in any good video editing software. And of course the larger the screen the better all three merged pictures will look. Actually merged is the wrong word. As you want them to be side by side correct?
