I have a bunch of WMVs with separate .srt subtitle files. Due to the existence of subtitles, I'm trying to repackage these as mkvs (or mp4s, I guess you can have soft subs inside an mp4.) However, none of my tools (mkvtoolsnix or MyMP4BoxGUI) will support WMV. They're WM9 videos. I really just want to remux these in a proper container rather than have to re-encode and lose some a/v quality.
Any ideas?

With Graphstudio and MPC-HC's standalone filter "Matroska Muxer", it's possible to remux .WMVs into .MKVs.
Then you can use MKVtoolnix for adding the subtitles to the intermediate .MKVs -
Is there a guide for Graphstudio? Seems like a rather advanced program, and I guess using it to make an mkv is not its usual use.
