I'm working on manipulating the audio tracks for a blu-ray rip from DTS-MA 6.1. I've converted the audio to 6 mono wavs, and have made alterations and want to put them back together in a FLAC file. I've naively assumed that I could just stick them in the right order (FL, FR, C, LFE, BC, SL, SR) and have it work. But the channels are being played incorrectly. How can I alter the FLAC file so that the header has the proper information? Or is there a program I can use to assemble the FLAC file with the mono wavs?
Thanks.

Just drop FLAC and move house to WavPack.
