I'm converting a NTSCfilm DivX (640*272 @23.976) to a VCD...
Is it OK if I use PAL settings for Size & Aspect Ratio, (meaning: SIZE -> 352 * 288 / AspectRatio -> 4:3 625 lines / *!!PRESERVING!!* original (NTSCfilm) 23.976 FPS framerate), instead of making a 100% NTSCfilm -> PAL conversion?
I only need to know if it plays fine on a *MODERN* *PAL* standalone DVD (Lenco DVD-511 H) / 16:9 *PAL* TV set (100Hz). (I live in Europe and I don't want to make framerate conversion anymore, cauz I've done this before and it gave me jerky playback (cf. skips)....)
Big thanks!
