    Hi all

I know that my question was asked many times but ...... maybe I'm too xxxxx 8)

I use DVDSVCD (with TMPGENc) because I heard with this proggi it's possible to create a SVCD with TWO different languages (English and German)

    I select :

first language prio 1 = English
second language prio 1 = German

After a loooooooong time I found the following files :

2 audio files - one in English and one in German
    1 video file
1 *.cue and 1 *.bin file

First off all I try to multiplex the two audio and the one video file with TMPGENc - burn the outputfile : I can hear only one language !

Then I use Blindwrite to burn the "cue" and the "bin" file : I can hear only one language !

In both cases I switch my television between channel A and channel B

So maybe someone is so kind and give me a DETAILED description what I have to do to get a SVCD with TWO different languages ???

I checked a lot of manuals in VCDHELP area but as I said earlier : maybe I'm too XXXXXX

    Thx

    cheers

  2. Hi,

I beleave what you're doing wrong is trying to select the language on your tv. With a VCD a multilanguage cd is split up over 2 mono channels. So Left becomes 1 and right becomes 1 language. With SVCD it actually uses a complete different audio stream. Try pressing the "Language" or "Audio" button on your DVD player.
