  1. I bought a Canon wireless printer. I used Canon's U.S site to download the drivers and software to make things work in English (On an English OS Win 7 64bit). The drivers install just fine and all the menus come up in English.

Then the bundled software...even though it gives me the option on the homepage to download English/Spanish/All it still will begin to install in Japanese. I made sure I set my region to U.S and language to U.S...still getting the same Japanese. I uninstalled it, rebooted, downloaded the software again, disconnected from the internet, began to install and it was STILL in Japanese.

Contacted Canon Japan and they said they can only support for 'Japanese versions'. Contacted Canon U.S.A via email and they asked me to follow steps that still brought me to Japanese. They said the zip file is designed to install to the default language of the computer, but I'm sure I've set everything to English (Since I'm using everything in English)...so what am I missing?
