Hi there. I've got a Philips BDP3200X/12 as a christmas gift. It's nice. But if I want to get it online with WiFi it seems that I need a WiFi dongle from Philips for $50. It's a lot of money. Can I use some other dongle with the player? If yes which one? Or is it somehow possible to unlock the FW to get it to accept other dongles?

run a network cord to it, they're cheap and will provide a much better connection.

Yep, network cable would give better performance and is much cheaper. From the BDP3200 manual:

"Connect this player to the Internet through wired (Ethernet) or wireless connection.

For wired connection, connect a network cable (not supplied) to the LAN port on the rear panel of this player."
