  1. Greetings,

For some unknown reason when I am converting a MKV file using mkv2mp4 the produced MP4 file contains errors and would not play.

I have come up with a .h264 and .dts file from the MKV using MKVExtractGUI2.

I was wondering how can I combine these two to come up with a MP4 file, please?

    Thank you.

can't. mp4 video files need aac, mp3 or similar audio. not dts allowed. that's why it was in a mkv container. try something like avidemux or mediacoder that allows video passthrough to re-code just the audio to aac.
