I have an anime movie that I demuxed that has 3 audio files from a mkv container. The movie is 45:47 minutes long. The durations of the audio files are:
Stream 1 - 51:13
Stream 2 - 50:50
Stream 3 - 45:47
With the timecodes, the movie plays pretty much in sync, but there are some parts that are a little off. Is there a way to edit the timecode.txt to sync it up or software that can help me sync the audio without re-encoding it. Thanks.

I've cut and synced up audio before like you described. You think if I did that and generated a timecode from that audio it would work?
