mts to h264: video gets jerkier as it goes

It plays great the first 30 minutes and then slowly starts pausing/jerking and near the end of it (1 hour) its gets a one second pause every second or so. I didnt use any framerate conversion, just straight transcode.

I was using avs4you to do this. Seemed to be the only program that could batch encode and do a 2 pass.

Try something else. Like freemake Video Converter or Xmedia recode. They can batch encode all with 2-pass.

Never heard of those ones. I tried freemake and it works great. encoded without the jerks, and the quality is also awesome.
