    Sometimes one of my co-workers sees what is depicted in the attached file on his screen. Any ideas on how to trouble-shoot this?

    Make sure screen is in native resolution and try it again.

    I think the graphics card is failing. If it has a fan check it.

    PlainPlow..to see native resolution option do this:

    For Win 7...

    Right mouse on desktop
    Left mouse on 'Screen Resolution'
    Click on resolution down arrow
    Mine says: 1920x1200 (recommended)
    That is the native resolution.
