    Hi,
    when tv station broadcasts in SD (PAL) how I should record it ?
    From satelite tuner I can output 1080i, 720p or PAL.
    Up to now I've been recording everything at 1080i but I'm not sure if that's the best solution.

    As a recording device I'm using HD-PVR.

    Record in NATIVE resolution - if there is possibility prefer recording transport stream instead decoded audio/video.
