New to FFMPEG-confirmation on ipod code

I just started with FFMPEG and been studying on how to make ipod videos. I'm glad there was some preset code included. I'm sure I'm very close:

-i test.flv -vcodec libx264 -b 1500k -acodec aac -strict experimental -ab 128k -ac 2 -s 640X480 -coder 0

The only problem is of course that the video won't sync. Can anyone assist on what I may be missing?

The sync issue is most likely caused by your source FLV file.
