    Whats the best software for muxing ac3 and mpeg2?

    I think the only program which can do it is bbmpeg. Of course you realize that a file like that will only be playable on a pc right?

    What I was going to do was demux an ac3 to mess around with the dynamic range and then mux the ac3 back with the ripped vob file.
