All-in-one PAL-DVD to NTSC-DVD programs?

Hi. I have several PAL retail DVDs that I want to convert to NTSC DVDs.

Do any programs exist that can do this?

1. I want all features currently on the discs.
2. I want all menus, converted to the new specs.
3. I'm fine with reencoding

Basically, I know how to convert video. What I don't know how to do is convert the menu structures/screen resolution. Does this mess up the button placements? I have searched the forum archives and haven't really found a good solution for this yet. Perhaps I overlooked it. I've been waiting for a effective program for years to accomplish this. The best I've heard so far involves manually reauthoring the thing, and I don't want to, they never turn out right. It's 2012, surely somebody's got this down by now, right?

No doesn't exist. It's a convoluted process, and dual-format players being so common it's rather pointless.
