Repairing a corrupt MOV file

Hi

I deleted a MOV file from an SD card by mistake and when I use recovery software to get it back it won't play saying it's corrupt and not a recognised format.

Anyone know if there's anything I can do to get it back and playable ?

You could try open it with an editor like mpeg streamclip and avidemux. BUt it will probably not work, then you need something video repair tool.
