Mustek/SM/Yukai/Voxson VER 3001 4001? /macrovision

I have the Voxson 320/Mustek 560 and use the newer region-code
(Setup,Vol+,Vol-,Vol+,Vol-) and it works.
But there is no macrovision control.
(I think the older version firmware had a loophole menu with
macrovision in there)

Does anyone know what the VER 3000/3001 4000/4001 mean.
These come up when you press up or down when changing region.

On the DVX player the firmware is the same. To turn off macrovuision do the region free trick but us up arrow to go to the number 3001 and then left arrow to make it 3000. On the DVX this turns macrovision off but on the Voxson it does not. But my Voxson even puts macrovision onto my XSVDs when played through a VCR. The firmware version in the Voxson is 200022 or something like that compared with the DVX which is 150001.

Trick is feed it into you surround sound amp befor going to VCR and macrovision just dissapers.
