I have a SONY TRV330E digital video cam and i use Tiger Eye wide lens for widescreen shots. Alas i made some shots in widescreen and even setting the option in my video cam for 16:9WIDE. When i play the video using my videocam miniscreen, the shots were in widescreen format.


BUT if i transfer the video to a normal TV playing from my Videocam, the shot is somewhat compressed, i e even my fat brother look like he losing some weight.

I also try to capture the video via computer (i.e. ilink) into Avi or Mpeg using and still the shot is in normal format and NOT widescreen format.



Can u guys tell me what did i do wrong or give me suggestions. THANKS
