    Greetings folks,

    I would like to know what software would you recommend for cutting video clips (taking out portions of movies).

    I want to do this without Re-encoding or compressing the video file.

    I have been using Allok Video Splitter, but would like to try another software with maybe more options

    thanks in advance for any suggestions

    avidemux, under video and audio choose copy, cut, save.
