I have a couple of mpeg videos that were stretched to widescreen (thanks to someone else) and look squashed. How can I squeeze them back to the original 4:3 format?

I have a copy of Roxio's Video Lab but it doesn't appear to be able to do what I need.

Any help, suggestion, clues, hints, etc. will be appreciated. Thanks.

  2. If the aspect ratio is flagged incorrectly you can change the flag with Mpg2Cut2 or ReStream thereby avoiding recompressing and losing quality. And it will be much faster.

When i have had the same problem with mpg or even a dvd source from other sources, i have used DVDPatcher to correct the AR flag.
