  1. Hi, i'm newbie on forum and i'm really in need of help about header conversation.

I have got Samsung PL50 photocam that can play vidos taken by same camera. I want to play film o various videos on it but that doesn't play any other video files because of header information difference somehow.

Now I need change header of a music clip (avi) file with the below

    *** Video [00:00:03,36] ***
Motion JPEG including Huffman Tables; 4735,596 Kbit/s
    320x240; 24 bit; 101 frm; 30,0003 frm/s
    3 x 4; 2,055 eff bit per pixel
157852 eff. bit per frame 3x4

I found several softwares but they are so complicated and i don't know how to use them, they also doesn't let me change all of informations above

I want to have a software that lets me change header information with only copy paste..

Please would you help me to find that programme or another way to achieve what i want to do?

I can't be done without some programming-disassembling softs. And Digital Camera are few tolerant with other files that aren't originally made by the camera itself. Have you got some knowledge about digital video format, how to make, create, compress ?... and your needs are justified ? do some tests with adequate softs :

First, have you got a Motion JPEG codec installed on your computer that can also compress video ? Sometimes, you have only a Directshow filter (in order to read avi files that contain Motion JPEG). If you have FFDShow pack installed, you can create files with this codec.

Then you install VirtualDub. You can compress your avi files into avi files with MJPEG codec : Open your file, it must be an avi file ! choose a video compressor in the menu and ffdshow video codec. Then you have an Encoder tab and choose MJPEG.

Your video input can be different than the specifications you need. "320x240" represents the height and width of your video... "30,00003 frm/s" is the picture rate frame per second.. You can tweak these settings with VirtualDub built-in filters. You have to learn by yourself and some elementary infos in the guide section of the forum (convert).

You don't show the Audio part of your video... good luck

  3. Dear titigrom
thanks a lot for your instructing and guiding.
But i unfortunately could not get over it because i dont have video formatting knowledge infrastructure. There is also audio part of the video as u told.
I think i will be able to streamline the videos to my PhotoCam after the researches and tries for months. And i understand there is no easy way of it by a software that can do it etc...
So its the best to give up this video struggle of me.
Thanks for all your guiding again..
