  1. Is there a program out there like mkvmerge that will let me do more than 1 file at once?

Say i have 20+ video files, with 2 audio tracks and 2 subtitle tracks, i can use mkvmerge to select which tracks i want to keep\make the default when it plays. But it only lets you do one file at a time. So is there a program that will let me choose what tracks to keep\make default, then do all the files at one time (remuxing them back into mkvs after selecting which ones you want)

I tried MKVcleaver but it only lets me extract the selected tracks and not remux, which would be even more of a hassal.

  3. Next time look properly at the program first... So you can batch mux.

If you want to make 2 mkv's at a time open mkvmerge twice then you can run two at once.

  4. I know that you can do that, but that still requires you to go through each file and select each track that you want to remove individually.

I want to be able to select what tracks to remove once, then it does it for each file.
