    Can anyone tell me a software wich can convert MKV(400MB)..to an MKV with water mark or with a text...AWithout doubling the size of output....i have used NCH videopad for avi..but ders no option 4 MKV..

    Avidemux. Use same bitrate as the video source(identify with mediainfo) and you will get same size.
