Hi all
Since buying my first blu ray player, I've decided to back up all my discs as appx 8gb mkv's. So far, using Handbrake, everything's been really easy and produces great results. However, with my latest film, The Blind Side, I've hit a problem!
After ripping the disc to my HDD using AnyDVD HD and loading the main movie into HB, whenever I hit preview to check it'll all be OK, it gets to about 85% (of the 10 sec preview conversion) and crashes! After running the m2ts file through Clown BD, the video is coming up as being a vc1 format.
I can view the m2ts file no probs in WMPC or VLC but no matter what setting I try with HB, it crashes every time.
If it makes any difference, I'm using 64bit Win 7...
Many thanks if you can offer any ideas as to what's wrong here.
