    check out this video of amd's upcoming cpu/gpu hybrid chip:

    it's actually running hyper pi on both cores, an hpc app on the gpu and the uvd is playing a 1080p video, all at the same time.

    And it say's it's only a dual core 1.6GHz

    Imagine a quad or 6 core 3.0 GHz

  4. Wow! An AMD demo that makes their stuff look good. Imagine that. All they have to do is run the benchmark apps at idle priority and the video player at normal priority. Notice they didn't say what the benchmarks delivered. Any whimpy dual CPU/GPU combo can do this.
