My Hobby/vice at the moment is horse racing , Although not too serious about it i often wondered about sectional timing of horse racing which is common practice at most tracks in u.s but not available in u.k.
A friend suggested that i could use some kind of dvd editing device and use the timecode for this? Is this possible and does anybody have and ideas on this i would appreciate any kind of help please
