So, one day the SABA won't turn on. Unplug it from the wall overnight, plug back in, nothing.

I have been searching the internet, and can find nothing about repair manuals, schematics, or anything other than the owner's manual that I have sitting next to me. I don't need more electronic copies of that.

Does anyone have any idea as to what I should do to try to either repair or should it just find it's way to a recycling program?

Never heard of that brand. Based on something I found via Google, it's probably 5 years old or so. Given the age and the lack of popularity of the player, I'm not sure you even could find someone to repair it, but it would surely be much cheaper to just buy a new player.
