Converting WAV framerate from NTSC -> PAL (23.976 to 25.000)

While trying to convert the framerate of a NTSC WAV (23.976fps) to a PAL WAV (25.000fps), I get the following error (I followed *every* step of the conversion guide BTW, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong....):
