I'm trying to stream a live TV to Nokia mobile E71? I tried Wowza, and drawing but both did not work with me, I don't know why??

The original stream is in ASF format (comes out from progdvp progam on my PC) and I use VLC to re-stream it to mp4, I guess this is not the best solution. The drawing server does not stream all 3gp files , I cannot understand why too??

Would you please suggest a better scenario in order to stream a Live TV to E71?
