I am located in a country that its TV system is PAL. I have a Lumix FZ35 that uses the NTSC system in AVCHD Lite format.
When I tried to move a video taken with this camera to my computer in order to edit it, I was refused to do that because my PC is of a different TV system (PAL I suppose).
At first, what can I do now to resolve this problem, move the NTSC taken video to my PAL PC?
Please note that I am completely new to these matters.
Thank you

Computers don't care about NTSC or PAL.
Are you going through a computer capture card? -
Your computer probably doesn't have the codecs to play the video and audio (h.264, aac? ac3?) or the source filter to access the file (m2ts?).
