    Hi
    I have loads of region 2 dvds and dvd player that is set to region 4. have tried the recommendation for LG5502 to be multi-region but no success. Does anyone have any guidance for me?
    I couldn't get past the 'hit pause and then type in code on remote control keypad'. The DVD player didn't seem to recognise or receive any signal or instruction.

    Hope someone can help!

    It appears you're using a cd to make the player multi-region.

    Do you see "Press new region number (0-6)" on your TV screen? If so, press the number zero on your remote and then press the Pause button to save the multi-region setting on your player. This should let you play both region 2 and region 4 discs.

    It sounds like you're doing the reverse.
