Where is a guide to dvd ripping with CCE 2.5

I have been trying to find a guide that shows how to turn dvd - svcd or other conversions; i haven't had much luck. is there even a guide for CCE 2.5? or is do u gotta learn on ur own? i want to use dvd2svcd with CCE 2.5 since TmpgEnc takes around 15 hours using just one filter and using CBR on my AthlonXP 1600+.

PS. is this normal 15 hours for 1 cd on an AthlonXp1600+ using 256DDR ram and an Radeon 8500 video card?

Yes it is. This software encoding needs too much power and time, so I'm going over the hardware solution.

Yeah, that's a long time. I can do a CD's worth on my PIII-550, 3 pass VBR, in about 6 - 8 hours using CCE.

Instead of trying to list all of my steps, let me know the steps you use and I will help you modify them for using CCE.
