MPEG Streamclip Only Partially Opens AVIs

I've been using MPEG Streamclip to convert some of my favorite vids to MP4 for my Blackberry. Some files, however, are not opening properly, and I can't figure it out. Example:

I have a 699 MB file that opens in Quicktime and plays for 1:31:20 (roughly an hour and a half). I open the same file in MPEG Streamclip, and I get only the first 19 minutes of the video.

This has happened with several files. I would have figured something was wrong with the files, but as I said, they play fine in Quicktime. Does anyone have any ideas?

Tried convert with anything else? Like maybe handbrake.
