 That's another good reason to disable the quite-unhelpful
 "Help and Support" service altogether.

	You can disable Help & Support by going to Administrative Tools-> Services, right-click on Help & Support to stop and disable. 
- 
	I have no idea what the site was. I've found no specific reference to it so far. 
- 
	this was the only one i've found that infected with the 0-day so far. --
