I have several DVD's, which I'd love to add additional audio tracks to.
Unfortunately, it requires a complete re-authoring the DVD: making new menu, etc
I would like to keep the original menu, and switch between audios with the remote control.
Any tools out there at all, that can make the process easier ?
P.S. I found this thread, but it's 7 years old. I was hoping there would be some easier ways to do the task in 2010

yep, using pgcdemux to demultiplex the video and audio from the dvd, then use muxman to reauthor with the new audio track, old video and audio tracks and lastly use vobblanker to replace the new output with the main dvd to keep the menu.
See https://www.videohelp.com/guides/simplistic-guide-for-replacing-dvd-streams-flash-id937#937 how to get started.
