I have a long mp3 (90 min long) and im trying to use it in premiere on a mac.
when i skim through the mp3 it plays fine, but when i import it into premiere the very last few min glitch out and loop like a skipping cd or something. When i play it in vlc it is fine however. I believe something may have went wrong when i dragged the mp3 into the project.
if you look at the big block in the peak file you can see what im talking about.
any ideas on how to fix this? removing from the project and bringing it back in didnt work, even when i renamed the file.

There is an assortment of issues that can happen when importing MP3 into Premiere. Convert it to a WAV first (or whatever the WAV equivalent is on a Mac.
